The legal basis of the processing is the implementation of the requested service, execution of a contract and related fulfilments, consent of the data subject (with reference to the newsletter subscription) and legitimate interest of the data controller.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of checking the correct operation of the Site.

These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:

  • obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
  • monitor the proper functioning of the services offered.

The personal data collected may be processed by the controller’s staff, acting on the basis of specific instructions provided by the latter regarding the purposes and methods of processing, and by persons identified as data processors

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data will generally be processed within the European Union.

Some applications of the services used by the Controller, however, may involve the transfer of personal data to the United States. The aforementioned processing is legitimised by Articles 46 and/or 49 of EU Reg. 2016/679 or, where applicable, by the prior explicit consent of the data subjects

Should it become necessary, the Data Controller shall be entitled to move the location of its computer archives to other non-European countries, ensuring from the outset that the transfer of non-EU data will only be carried out to States that are able to offer a level of protection appropriate to the standards laid down by the regulations in force on the subject.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT WITH REGARD TO DATA PROCESSING

Pursuant to Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 77 of the EU Regulation, the Data Subject is hereby informed that:

  • has the right to request access to his personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction or to object to their processing, and the transfer of his data to another data controller in the cases provided for;
  • any rectification or erasure or restriction of processing carried out at the request of the data subject – unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort – will be communicated by the writer to each of the controllers to whom the personal data have been transmitted;
  • has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, following the procedures and indications published on the official website of the Authority on www.garanteprivacy.it.

The exercise of rights is not subject to any formal constraints and is free of charge.
